Registration of Intent to Buy

What are the steps involved?

Step 1

Select the apartment you wish to buy/rent.

Step 2

Complete the Registration Form and send it to us together with the $2,000 deposit or send us your details and we will forward the paper work to you.

Step 3

Before 31st December 2009, you will receive a Notice of Commencement and the Contract documents.

Step 4

You will be given 14 days to review the terms of the Contract of Sale, body corporate charges, body corporate unit entitlement, body corporate constitution, schedule of finishes, itemized list of furniture package, and completion date. You may withdraw your registration and request a refund of your deposit.

Step 5

If you wish to proceed, sign the Contract of Sale and return it with the deposit of 10% of the purchase price less $2,000 previously paid.

Step 6

Before 31st December 2010, you will be advised of the details of settlement and payment of the balance of purchase price is to be made within 21 days after Notice of Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Title have been issued.
